Our Adventure in Pictures

I'm still blogging about my trip to Guatemala on my other blog.

I put this montage together to document our entire journey. This was made for our family (I'm going to have it made into a DVD) but I thought I'd share it with all of you. Most of these pictures you have seen before. I have to admit that I still can't watch this without crying.

Blogging About My Trip

I've decided that it's going to be too hard to blog about some of the trip here and some of it over on my other blog.

So, I'm just going to blog on my other blog and I'll post some pictures and video here when I get them downloaded.

I'm Home!!

I made it home last night without any problems (only my flight from Atlanta being delayed by 30 minutes).

What a trip. I have SOOO much to write about - and pictures to post - and video - but I have to decompress. :)

Today is a day to unpack, repack and spend time with my Alex as we head out tomorrow for vacation.

I'll blog later this week - I promise!!

I Gave Him Back

I'm actually at Sharon's right now, so I'm typing this on a real computer!! :)

We went to Tierra Linda today with Alex's parents to take him back home. I will blog much more about my trip (with pictures) and my thoughts when I get back home.

I think this has been the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Alex's family is so happy to have them back - they are lovely people who love him VERY much. It's all been a little overwhelming.

I'm here for a little yet tomorrow and then head back to the city where I will spend the night before flying out on Sunday.

It's Time!!!

Alex and I leave at 4:45 tomorrow morning to head to the airport. I'm pretty much packed, but not necessarily ready to go.

I'm not going to have internet access on my trip, so I probably won't be blogging until I get back.

Happy 10 Months!

Today is Alex's 10 month birthday. I'm so happy he is going to be home for the rest of his birthdays!!!

We're getting packed - not sure how I'm going to fit everything in my bags - and I'm even taking an extra one!!

The other day, my Alex wanted to get into the pack 'n play with Baby Alex. They had fun.

It hit me this weekend that I didn't have any pictures of the four of us, or any pictures of Alex with Jay! We took this this morning at church. I have about 10 other shots, but this is the best one.
